Classic Motorsport Slideshow

Limerick Classic and Vintage Car Club are hosting a Classic Motorsport Slideshow on Friday October 5th, 8pm at the Kilmurry Lodge Hotel, (near the University of Limerick and just off M7 junction 28).

Featuring:

• The history of the Limerick Motor Club, founded in 1948.
• Brian Cullen speaks about his career, including the Formula 2 championship in 1970 and 71. Racing at Monza, Zolder, Nurburgring etc. with Emerson Fittipaldi, Jacky Ickx and Graham Hill.
• The first lady of Irish motorsport, Rosemary Smith, discusses her time in rallying and racing. The Monte Carlo Rally, Alpine Rally, Tulip Rally, London-Sydney etc., racing at Daytona and Sebring, the Irish Land Speed Record and more.
• The show will include film and photographs never before seen in public.

Entry fee E5, all proceeds to charity.
